UK life costs 'at least £13,400'

A single person in Britain needs to earn at least £13,400 a year for a minimum standard of living, the Joseph Rowntree Foundation (JRF) has claimed.

No wonder my debts are spiraling. That doesn't include the cost of trying to run a car at £50 per month in fuel alone!
